Epworth HealthCare in Melbourne's eastern suburbs seeks a agile Business Officer for Epworth Eastern in Box Hill. In this hospital-based role, you will join the Patient Services Centre, handling front- and back-office administrative processes and rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on a 7-day roster.

You will process admissions, assist patients and clinicians with enquiries, provide outstanding customer service at reception, and perform health fund validations, estimates and scheduling
