Protech is ramping up for a major infrastructure project in the Ingham region and we're looking for experienced Civil Plant Operators who take pride in their work, put safety first, and want long-term opportunities with excellent pay and conditions.

Whether you're an experienced Excavator Operator, Moxy Operator, Grader Operator, Roller Operator, Loader Operator, Labourer or Multi-skilled Civil Operator, we want to hear from you.

Your Role

n

You'll play a key part in delivering a major civil construction project, operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to a positive team environment.

n

Duties may include:

n

n




- Operating civil construction plant and equipment
n
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
n
- Conducting pre-starts and routine equipment inspections
n
- Maintaining productivity while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards
n
- Assisting with project delivery targets and quality outcomes
n
- Supporting site crews as required
n

We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience operating civil construction plant
n
- Relevant tickets, licences and White Card
n
- GPS and final trim experience highly regarded
n
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
n
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
n
- Local operators or those able to DIDO to the Ingham region
n
