The Opportunity
n This is an opportunity for an experienced finance systems and transformation professional to take ownership of the governance, optimisation and ongoing evolution of a large organisation's Oracle ERP and EPM platforms.

n

This is a highly influential role with responsibility for the successful implementation of a greenfield Oracle Fusion implementation. The role will also play a key part in delivering future finance transformation initiatives and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.

The Challenge
n Reporting to the Group CFO, your key responsibilities will include the following:

n

- Own the governance of Oracle ERP and EPM, including chairing the change control board and providing functional sign-off for system configuration changes.
n
- Act as the finance process design authority, driving standardisation and challenging unmanaged local variations.
n
- Own and prioritise the finance improvement backlog, managing delivery against business cases, capacity and expected efficiency gains.
n
- Lead the relationship with systems integrators and delivery partners, ensuring quality of delivery and a successful transition to ongoing support.
n
- Own Oracle security and access governance, including segregation of duties and periodic access reviews.
n
- Oversee key system integrations and master data governance,



working closely with IT and Finance leadership.
n
- Drive future Oracle capability deployment, including reconciliation automation, profitability and cost management, predictive cash forecasting and sustainability reporting.
n
- Lead finance systems capability development, including training, technical skill development and the ongoing development of the Systems & Process team.
n
- Support broader finance transformation, including the adoption and governance of AI-enabled Oracle capabilities.

The Expertise
n Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

n

n
- Extensive experience in finance systems, finance transformation, ERP governance or finance operations leadership.
n
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle EPM in a leadership, governance or functional authority capacity.
n
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, controls, governance and operating models.
n
- Demonstrated experience leading post-implementation optimisation, continuous improvement and value realisation initiatives.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, systems integrators and external technology partners.
n
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
n
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification would be preferred.
n
- A robust understanding of change management, process standardisation and technology-enabled finance transformation.
