We are partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing business looking for experienced Production Operators to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

n

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We currently have three (3) permanent opportunities available for experienced Production Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

n

The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining high quality standards, following safety procedures, and supporting efficient production operations.

n

SHIFTS AVAILABLE & SALARIES

n

1 x Night Shift - Line 4 (F1)

n

11 PM - 7 AM | $92,500 + super

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Operate and monitor manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

n

Perform product changeovers, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting.

n

Complete quality checks and accurately record production data.

n

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, HACCP, and workplace health and safety requirements.

n

Maintain high housekeeping standards and support 5S activities.

n

Identify and elevate equipment or process issues to minimise downtime.

n

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

n





Work collaboratively with team members, maintenance technicians, and supervisors.

n

Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

n

Complete general production and manual handling duties as required.

n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

n

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, food production, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or packaging workplace.

n

Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

n

Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and production procedures.

n

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

n

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.

n

Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

n

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.

n

Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks and working in a production workplace.

n

DESIRABLE:

n

Experience operating automated production lines.

n

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement principles.

n

Experience working in food manufacturing and HACCP environments.

n

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

Salary of $82,000 - $92,500 + super, depending on the position.
