About the role

n

Vinova are partnering with a well-funded infrastructure organisation that is continuing to expand its national project portfolio. As a Commercial Contracts Administrator, you will provide commercial support across multiple construction projects, helping manage contractual processes, procurement activities and cost administration throughout the project lifecycle.

n

You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, commercial leaders and external contractors, ensuring contracts are administered efficiently while supporting the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Duties

- Administer subcontract and supplier agreements across multiple construction projects
n
- Support procurement activities, tender evaluations and commercial negotiations
n
- Manage contract variations, progress claims and payment administration
n
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance
n




- Review pricing submissions and assist with commercial assessments
n
- Maintain contract documentation, reporting and project registers
n
- Work collaboratively with project teams to identify commercial risks and improve project outcomes
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a commercial construction role
n
- Experience working on major construction, infrastructure or industrial projects
n
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial processes
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong commercial awareness with a high level of attention to detail
n
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with project financial information
n
- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance if required
n
