As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a dedicated team and industry-leading technology, allowing you to focus on building relationships and achieving great results.

Key responsibilities
n
Managing a well-maintained residential property portfolio
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Working alongside a dedicated Routine Inspection Manager who manages all routine inspections
n
Working alongside a full-time Leasing Consultant who manages all leasing and application processing
n
Overseeing rental arrears and tenancy compliance
n
Preparing lease renewals and conducting rent reviews
n
Providing exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management
n
Working collaboratively with our wider Property Management team
n
About you
n
Has proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally within a senior capacity
n
Has solid knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
n
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Has outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
n
Takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is solutions-focused
n
Presents professionally and takes pride in delivering exceptional service
n
Thrives in a team environment and contributes positively to workplace culture
n
Current driver's licence and valid Queensland real estate registration certificate required
n
Experience with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express would be highly regarded, but we can offer training for these systems if needed.

Must have a Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration/Certificate
n
