Job Description

Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg is seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Flow Manager to join our team in a permanent, full‐time capacity. This leadership role oversees bed utilisation, discharge planning and casual staffing to optimise patient flow.

You will work with Management and Executive teams to align staffing with clinical demand, manage length of stay, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to strategic planning while leading multidisciplinary teams.
