Primary Objective:
n Lead the planning, design, procurement, and delivery of public housing and land servicing projects across the Northern Territory, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy frameworks. Oversee a significant capital investment program, fostering partnerships with government agencies, land councils, and community stakeholders to deliver sustainable, culturally appropriate housing solutions. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
