Job Description

Mars is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Packaging in Victoria, Australia, on a 12‐month assignment. You will lead 3–5 year packaging strategies, drive sustainable innovations, and manage complex supplier negotiations to reduce total cost of ownership.

Based in Melbourne or Wodonga, you'll collaborate with R&D;, Marketing, Manufacturing, SQA and Supply Planning to ensure flawless product launches and packaging transitions, delivering measurable savings and risk mitigation.
