Job Description

PLS is seeking a frontline production supervisor to lead an integrated team of operators, maintainers and technicians in a high-hazard processing workplace in the Pilbara region. The role operates on a 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO, and involves ensuring safety, compliance and efficient plant performance.

You will coach and develop the team, coordinate maintenance, and drive reliable operations while upholding PTW/LOTO requirements and company standards.
