We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisors to join our growing team across Melbourne!

About the Role

n

As a Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Supervise and coordinate onsite activities during site establishment, construction, inspection, testing, commissioning and disestablishment.
n
- Ensure all construction activities prioritise safety, efficiency, and quality.
n
- Maintain current records for plant, equipment, and site personnel.
n
- Implement Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental management plans.
n
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
n
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures,



and specifications.
n
- Effectively utilise site resources in order to achieve completion of project within time frames
n
- Hands on approach when it comes to resolving problems.
n
- Promote Goldsmith values and culture within the project team.

About you

n

To be considered for this role the successful applicant must have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a civil construction Supervisor, ideally with a specific focus on landfill construction projects
n
- Experience with lining systems for landfill construction is highly preferred.
n
- A demonstrated ability to manage large scale bulk earthwork projects.
n
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
n
- Experience operating Topcon GPS rovers and machine control systems.
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
