About The Role

n

As a Business Performance Coach, you'll mentor and support a portfolio of studio owners across Australia and internationally.

n

You'll work closely with business owners to:

n

Increase revenue and profitability

n

Improve retention and member experience

n

Develop stronger teams and leaders

n

Create accountability and execution

n

Build scalable businesses that can operate without owner burnout

n

This role is heavily focused on:

n

Group coaching and leadership

n

Strategic business mentoring

n

Client engagement and retention

n

Performance and accountability

n

Long-term relationship building

n

You'll join a fast-moving, high-performance culture where ownership, responsiveness and leadership are expected.

Who We're Looking For

n

We're looking for self-starters with commercial leadership experience and a strong understanding of business growth.

n

Ideal backgrounds include:

n

General Manager / Area Manager within fitness or wellness

n

Studio Manager or Performance Manager

n





Former studio owner or multi-site operator

n

Existing Business Coach or Consultant

n

Franchise performance/support leadership

n

Growth or customer success leadership within the fitness industry

n

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have strong leadership capability

n

Understand KPIs, sales, retention and operational performance

n

Can confidently hold business owners accountable

n

Are proactive, responsive and highly organised

n

Have excellent communication and facilitation skills

n

Work well in a team environment

n

Bring positive energy and high standards

Have a strong social media presence and are comfortable online
