The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Golf industry experience required
- Enthusiastic golfer with a passion for the game
- Team player and works well within a team environment
- PGA member and/or high-level golfer (advantage)
- Sales experience, robust work ethic, and ability to work independently and think on your feet
- High level customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Trackman knowledge and experience (advantage)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of the latest golf equipment and technology
- Someone who wants to become a leader in the golf industry
- Willing to learn new skills and techniques around fitting and sales
