Job Description

Clough is seeking a Welding Supervisor for the Perdaman/CERES urea project in Karratha, WA. You will supervise welding activities on site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, reporting to the Construction Manager.

You will lead technicians, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and ensure compliance with SMP systems and industry standards while navigating 19:9 or 14:7 rotations. This role requires robust leadership and problem-solving under pressure.
