Key Responsibilities

- Deliverattentiveandprofessionalservicethroughouteventsandfunctions
- Welcomeguestsandassistincreatingapositiveandmemorablediningexperience
- Preparefunctionrooms,diningareas,tables,andservicestationsbeforeevents




- Takeandprocessfoodandbeverageordersaccurately
- Servemeals,beverages,andotheritemsaccordingtoestablishedservicestandards
- Assistwithtableclearing,resetting,andmaintainingvenuepresentation
- Respondpromptlyandprofessionallytoguestrequests
- Coordinatewithchefs,supervisors,eventcoordinators,andotherservicestaff
- Supportthesmoothdeliveryofweddings,corporatefunctions,privateevents,andlarge-scaleoccasions
- Maintainhighstandardsofcleanliness,hygiene,andpersonalpresentation
- Followresponsibleserviceofalcoholrequirementsandworkplacehealthandsafetyprocedures
- Adaptquicklytochangingeventrequirementsandhigh-volumeserviceperiods
- Contributepositivelytoaprofessionalandteam-orientedworkplace

Requirements & Eligibility

- Previousexperienceinwaiting,hospitality,functions,orFrontof Houseisadvantageous
- Strongcommunicationandguest-serviceskills
- Qualified,reliable,andconfidentwhendealingwithcustomers
- Abilitytoremainorganisedandcomposedduringbusyevents
- Strongteamworkandwillingnesstosupportcolleagues
- Flexibleavailabilityforevenings,weekends,publicholidays,andeventschedules
- CurrentAustralianRSAcertificationorwillingnesstoobtainone
- ApplicantsmusthaveappropriateAustralianworkingrightswhererequired
