About the role

We are seeking a gardener to join our growing team at Pinnacle Landscape Solutions. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Pinnacle expansion as we take on more significant projects and grow our workforce. As a gardener, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance services to our valued clients across the Cairns region. This role is ideal for a skilled skilled looking to develop their career from gardening to a future in Landscaping.

Key responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of gardening tasks (Mowing, Hedging, Mulching, Turf installation)
- Prepare garden beds and soil, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth
- Operate gardening equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with Operations Managers, Admininistration Management and Lead Hands




- Contribute to the success and positive culture of the growing Pinnacle team

We can teach gardening skills, but we can’t teach reliability , enthusiasm or a great attitude .

Pinnacle is looking for someone who is physically fit, knows their way around basic gardening equipment and is genuinely keen to learn, work hard and become part of our growing team. You don’t need to know everything, but you must be reliable, consistent, willing to take direction and ready to give your best every day.
