We are seeking expressions of interest for experienced Team Managers to join our growing sales teams across all offices!

Working closely with the lead agent and their team, you'll play a key role in keeping the team running seamlessly while building your own capability in a fast-paced environment. As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

n

n
- Effective and efficient project management, including the coordination of listings, sales campaigns, marketing, and stakeholder communication (trades, conveyancers and brokers)
n
- Day-to-day operational management of the team, ensuring seamless execution and high performance
n
- Delivery of exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships and a premium client experience throughout the sales process
n

n

Who you are:

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate in a similar role (desirable)
n
- Highly developed attention to detail
n
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work workplace
n
- The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
n
- An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
n
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
n
- Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
n
