About the Role

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Cadet to join our Subaru sales team. No previous experience? No worries. If you've got the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in people and cars, we'll give you all the tools and support you need to kick-start an exciting career.

You'll work closely with our Sales Manager and team to learn everything from vehicle product knowledge to providing great customer service, and eventually managing your own sales process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting and helping customers find their perfect vehicle

- Supporting test drives and learning how to present key features
n
- Logging customer info and learning to use our dealership systems

- Learning how to follow up with customers and support their journey

- Attending training sessions and team meetings
n
- Shadowing senior consultants and learning best practices
