What you'll be doing

n

As an OT Team Leader, you'll balance clinical practice with meaningful leadership responsibilities.

n

n
- Mentor and support Occupational Therapists within your team
n
- Provide clinical guidance, supervision and support
n
- Help clinicians develop their confidence, skills and clinical reasoning
n
- Support high-quality, person-centred clinical practice
n
- Maintain your own reduced clinical caseload
n




- Encourage collaboration, accountability and professional growth
n
- Contribute to team culture and engagement
n
- Work alongside other Team Leaders and our Clinical Lead
n
- Support continuous improvement and the growth of the service
n

About you

n

We're looking for an experienced OT who enjoys bringing out the best in other people.

n

You might already be a Team Leader, Senior OT or experienced clinician ready to take the next step.

What you'll need

n

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
- AHPRA registration
n
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain
n
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
n
- Senior First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module, or willingness to obtain
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
