nbn is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Change & Readiness to lead a national team responsible for practical change across a dispersed blue‐collar workforce. You will own the field services change, readiness and communications framework, govern intake and sequencing, and provide senior leaders with transparent readiness/ risk guidance.
