Job Description

Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Geriatric Outreach Service in Mount Gambier. You will work with a small team to support transitions for patients with dementia from acute care to residential aged care.

The role requires advanced OT skills, leadership, and collaboration with acute services, Residential Aged Care Facilities, patients and families. Travel across the Limestone Coast is required.
