We are seeking motivated Drainers & Drainer Offsiders to join our Ingrounds crew, assisting with the installation of sewer, stormwater drainage, water and gas mains for civil subdivisions and commercial plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sewer, stormwater drainage, and services pipework installation
Monitor and assist with trench excavation for pipework installation
Liaise with and take direction from the Leading Hand and Project Manager
Drive improvements in efficiency, safety and quality standards
Actively communicate and promote Tracc Civil’s values and commitments

Key Requirements:
Current and valid Driver’s Licence
Construction Induction (White) Card




High-quality workmanship and specialist technical skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Robust team player with leadership potential
