About the role:
Reporting directly to the Service Manager and Workshop Foreman-
- Customer Support & Consultation:
- Provide expert advice to customers on the selection, integration, and optimization of Case IH/New Holland precision farming systems, including GPS systems, telemetry, autosteering, and field management software.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored precision solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of precision technology systems on Case IH and New Holland machinery.
- Installation and calibration of precision technology systems on new and existing Case IH/ New Holland machinery achieving customer-specific field performance outcomes.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues related to precision technology and related machinery.
- Monitor and report on system performance, providing proactive solutions to improve functionality.
- Work with sales team and customer to ensure optimisation of machines and technology.
About you
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, have a professional approach to all tasks at hand and have a strong passion for the precision agriculture industry.

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:
- A current and valid C-class driver’s license (essential)
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to travel, working autonomously and remotely
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Experience withproducts from CaseIH, New Holland
