Job Description

Sports Direct Australia is expanding its CRM function and seeks a CRM Manager to own the CRM strategy across email, SMS, segmentation, automation and retention. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, you will work with Marketing, Ecommerce and Partnerships, owning Bloomreach and Amperity.

You will manage campaigns, build segments, and optimise journeys to drive engagement and revenue, in a quick-paced retail workplace.
