The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Working Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Geelong. We are seeking an energetic, positive, self-motivated, driven and passionate leader to add value and complement our team:

- Commercial cleaning
n
- Supporting and supervising a team of cleaners
n
- Training and development of new and existing staff
n
- Conducting daily inspections, audits and quality checks
n
- Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests
n
- Conducting routine audits and quality checks
n




- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
n

n

Hours of Work

n

n
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience
n
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
n
- A robust customer service focus and attention to detail
n

n

The non-negotiables

n

n
- Min 3 years cleaning supervisory experience in a multi-disciplined environment (e.g., cleaning, leading medium - large scale teams)
n
- Managing a team of 5 people.
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
n
- High level understanding and experience with cleaning equipment and machinery
n
- Skills to use Word, Excel and Outlook effectively.
n
- Solid verbal and written communication skills is essential.
n
- Excellent personal presentation
