Job Description

Dementia Support Australia is seeking a Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team across Daw Park (SA) or Darwin (NT) with flexibility to work across Australia. You will lead case management, drive KPI performance and ensure high-quality dementia care within the DSA program.

The role requires nursing or allied health qualifications, robust leadership, and the ability to coordinate across sites. Travel interstate is required; you will recruit staff, manage referrals, and report to Regional
