Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer – Part-Time Temp

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer for a temporary assignment, starting immediately, working 20 hours per week. This role suits someone looking for part-time hours who has solid experience across accounts receivable, credit control and customer account management.

Key responsibilities

- Managing customer accounts and receivables
- Allocating incoming payments
- Following up outstanding payments
- Resolving account and payment discrepancies
- Preparing weekly statements
- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger
- Liaising with customers and internal teams
- Assisting with month-end processes

About you

- 2+ years' experience in AR, Credit Control or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and organisational skills
- PRONTO & CreditorWatch experience highly regarded
