The Role

n

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team in a casual position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment loves working in a strong supportive team & culture and takes pride in their craft.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

Running your section efficiently during service

n

Preparing and plating consistently high-quality food on time

n

Working across breakfast & lunch offerings

n

Supporting smooth kitchen operations including prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness

n

Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

n

Contributing ideas to seasonal menu updates and specials

n

Mondays & Tuesdays and variable shifts during week and weekends - open to variation of hours and shifts for the right person)

n

Availability for early mornings & weekends,

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up

n

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification - desired but not essential)

n

A calm, organised approach to service and prep

n

Passion for fresh produce, rustic food,



and a hands-on kitchen culture

n

Reliability, valuable communication, and a positive team spirit

n

Valid working rights for Australia
