We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our maintenance team at our metal recycling site. This will be working our afternoon shift - 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday,

n

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offers overtime, long-term job security, and a competitive remuneration package aligned to your skills and experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Responding to plant and equipment breakdowns through efficient fault finding and electrical troubleshooting
n
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment
n
- Maintaining and repairing motors, control systems,



conveyors and industrial electrical equipment
n
- Assisting with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
n
- Maintaining inventory control of electrical spare parts
n
- Completing all required safety documentation, including risk assessments and work permits
n
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures
n

To Be Successful in This Opportunity, You Will Have:

n

n
- Electrical Trade Qualification and current NSW Electrical Licence
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Experience working within heavy industrial environments
n
- Strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Experience working with motors, conveyors and industrial plant equipment
n
- Exposure to PLC and SCADA systems will be highly regarded
n
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
n
- Happy to work the afternoon shift of 2pm - 10pm
n
