Hilton seeks an Floor Manager – Event Operations in Sydney to coordinate with guests and the Events team, ensuring flawless execution of functions with optimal resource use. You will lead Event Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders and F&B; attendants, delegating tasks and ensuring accurate setups.

You will supervise floor plans, room layouts, and service areas, while coaching staff, maintaining QA/HACCP standards, and guaranteeing guest-focused service at all times.
