We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive to join our Marketing team in Mulgrave, VIC!

What you will be doing

n

n
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for assigned brands across local and international markets.
n
- Monitor brand and market performance against KPIs and prepare regular sales and performance reports using ex-warehouse and supermarket scan data and other market intelligence sources, including AC Nielsen, Aztec, IRI, Quantium and Quickturn.
n
- Coordinate promotional activities, marketing calendars, presentations, business reviews and A&P; budget tracking.
n
- Conduct market and competitor research covering product trends, pricing, promotions, market share and advertising activities.
n
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance, pricing, merchandising, promotions and competitor activities.
n
- Coordinate trade marketing activities, including POSM, in-store sampling, merchandising, events and trade promotions across mainstream and ethnic channels.
n




- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, media and creative agencies to coordinate marketing materials and campaign execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
n
- Support new product development, including product research, sensory evaluation, pricing and launch preparation.
n
- Prepare post-campaign reports and assist with marketing invoices, supplier claims and other marketing administration.
n
- Provide general marketing support and undertake other reasonable duties as required.
n
- Occasional overseas travel is required as part of this role.

What we are looking for

n

n
- Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous.
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence is advantageous (for store visits and working offsite).
n
- Experience in using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
n
- A degree related to Marketing will be considered advantageous.
n
- Relevant 2-3 experience in a current marketing role is an added advantage.
