About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Marketing Specialist who thrives on innovation and wants to work with AI-powered businesses. You'll craft compelling messaging aligned with AI products/services execute high-impact campaigns, drive lead generation events, and help shape the future of marketing in the tech ecosystem.

What You'll Do

n

- Digital & Event Marketing - Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, redesign websites and exciting industry events.
n
- Content & Messaging - Develop engaging emails, social media content, and solution-driven narratives.
n
- Lead Generation & Demand Strategy - Implement CRM driven automations and sales enablement initiatives.
n
- Networking & Mentorship - Connect with Microsoft teams, directly with the CEO, clients and marketing pros to accelerate your professional growth.
n
- Project Management & Team Leadership - Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and mentor future marketing superstars.
n




- Microsoft Ecosystem Engagement - Run co-branded campaigns, optimise marketplace listings, and drive MDF-funded projects.
n

Who You Are

n

n
- 5+ years in B2B marketing (tech/SaaS experience preferred, B2C welcome)
n
- Strong writing and digital marketing expertise
n
- Experience with email marketing tools (Active Campaign, Dynamics 365, Mailchimp or HubSpot)
n
- Familiarity with Microsoft's partner ecosystem
n
- Event planning and management skills
n
- Passion for tech, AI, and strategic marketing
n
- Going above and beyond, with occasional weekend events or management meetings
n
- Filipino roots are a bonus, but absolutely not required
n
