Are you an experienced and driven Business Manager – Finance & Insurance, looking for a adaptable role within a successful vehicle dealership? Pakenham Mazda is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in a job-share capacity. This unique job-share opportunity offers a balanced work schedule of three weekdays per week and every second Saturday.

As part of a high-performing dealership and supportive automotive group, you'll play a key role in assisting customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, customer service, and business performance. What You'll Be Doing:

- Providing finance and insurance solutions to customers with a focus on transparency and trust
n
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to maximise finance and insurance penetration
n
- Managing relationships with lenders, insurers, and finance partners
n
- Ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards
n




- Training and supporting sales staff to identify finance & insurance opportunitiesDelivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Business Manager – Finance & Insurance in the automotive industry
n
- Strong understanding of finance processes, lender requirements, and compliance
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value
n
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
