Providing patient care and clinical support under the supervision of GPs.

Assisting with immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and care plans.
n
Maintaining accurate patient records.
n
Supporting infection control and safety processes.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
n
- Previous experience in Gp Medical Centre (preferred but not essential)
n
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
n
- Versatile and adaptable to move between reception and nursing roles.
n
- Knowledge of Medical Director and Pracsoft software (advantageous, training provided).
n
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
n
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
n
- Preparation of care plans and managing Chronic management plans.
