Job Description

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to support the back-office recruitment and onboarding functions. You will apply knowledge of recruitment processes and the APS framework while delivering merit-based selection with stakeholders.

Working in a collaborative environment, you will manage role requirements, online applications, offers, and onboarding for new starters, contributing to an effective, compliant, and member-focused public service.
