Job Description

EVT Group is seeking a guest-facing team member in Brisbane to warmly welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and coordinate transport and guest services across our hotel network.

You will work with Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready, while providing local area guidance and handling guest feedback promptly to management. A positive, proactive attitude and versatile rosters are essential.
