Palm Lake Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our Southport head office. You will provide Level 1 and 2 IT support across our operations in QLD, NSW, and Victoria, resolving issues and managing service requests to keep our IT services reliable and secure.

The role requires hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, AD, and Entra ID, plus experience with ServiceNow. You'll work with internal stakeholders and external partners, travelling locally when needed.
