About the Role

n

You'll be the engine room of our Sales & Marketing team; coordinating, creating, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. One day you might be tweaking artwork for a new product launch, the next you're creating an EDM, planning a trade show stand, or on set for a photoshoot. But there is a solid amount of work that's less glamorous – updating documents, maintaining collateral, booking and organising events. But if you understand that the unglamorous 80% done properly is what makes the exciting 20% land, and you take real pride in doing it well, you'll fight right in.

What you'll be doing

n

Providing day-to-day marketing coordination and administrative support

n

Coordinating and maintaining marketing collateral, brochures and sales tools

n

Making basic artwork updates and amends to approved templates using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

n

Assisting with development of compelling and creative EDM and website content and publication

n





Working closely with our product and sales teams on our product launch activities, accuracy of marketing collateral and sales incentive programs

n

Supporting website and social media updates

n

Assisting with photoshoots

n

Coordinating the planning and execution of events such as product launches, trade shows and conferences

n

Assisting with the content calendar for social media and EDMs

n

About You

n

You're organised, detail-obsessed (in the best way), and genuinely enjoy being the person who keeps things on track. You want a career in marketing, not just a job, and your hungry to collaborate and learn from the people around you.

n

Ideally you bring

n

2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, with a track record you're proud of

n

A tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar

n

Adobe experience (preferred but not essential, if you're willing to learn we can help you build it)

n

Robust written and verbal communication, and the confidence to build relationships across a busy sales team

n

Real creative instincts

n

The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, and the judgement to know what matters most

n

A high-energy, can-do attitude, we can teach skills, we can't teach drive.
