Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in the search for temporary staff leading up to and for the Christmas period. This is for an exciting client of ours, based in Pershore, we are seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors/Administrators. If successful, we have start dates happening from mid October through to mid November, whilst committing until Christmas or slightly into the New Year, depending on sales levels..

Day to Day

n

- Handling Customer service queries via phone, email, and live chat functions.
n
- Placing corporate orders and liaising with corporate clients.
n
- Producing quotations and advising customers on products the suit.
n
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
n
- Investigating and resolving delivery queries
n

What Are We Looking For

n

- Individuals looking for seasonal administration work within a fast-paced environment.
n
- Excellent customer service skills.
n
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic. Someone who is ready to make a real difference.
n
- Customer Service experience,



whether that's face-to-face or in a call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential. We're interested in your excellent communication skills.
n
- Positive attitude and able to provide excellent customer service.
n
- Experience within a regulated environment, with strong attention to detail, would be beneficial.
n
- Can easily navigate your way through multiple systems and tasks at any one time.
n
- Able to deal with sensitive and challenging conversations along with complaints and have the resilience to bounce back from them.
n
- Have positive IT skills.
n
- Good numeracy skills.
n
- Active listening skills.
n
- Can be flexible with working hours during the busy periods (Christmas) to ensure we maintain our customer service and quality standards. This can include some evening and weekend work.
n

Working hours will be Monday to Friday (9.00 - 17.30) during the lead up, with weekend hours being introduced closer to Christmas (these can be flexible and would be working from home).
