Job Description

AVID Property Group seeks an experienced Estimator to join our team in Australia, based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane CBD. The role ensures estimating and project reporting are completed accurately and on time for AVID's built form projects.

Key duties include using Master BOQ's or estimating quantities with Bluebeam and Databuild, providing feasibility budget updates, monitoring schedules, negotiating with suppliers, and reporting costs to complete projects.
