Multiple positions available; happy to look at different contract types commission only, base andcommission

As a SalesAir Conditioning Representative, you'll manage your own pipeline, educate customers on government incentives, and help Victorian households and businesses transition to energy-efficient solutions.

n

$150,000 - $300,000 per year—take control of your earnings.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Educate customers on renewable energy products and available Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) rebates.
n
- Close sales on leads provided
n
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing sales.
n
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and self-generated marketing activities.
n
- Represent our brand professionally at all times, upholding our brand values and reputation
n
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
n
- Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous sales experience ( air conditioning, renewable energy, heat pumps, or a similar industry is highly regarded).
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
n
- Confidence in generating your own leads and growing your customer base.
n




- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
- A smartphone and reliable internet access.
n
- Knowledge of the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
n
