Job Description

- A full time role in-office at Sippy Downs, working Monday to Friday
n
- Manage a portfolio of large loss building and contents claims
n
- Review assessor and builder reports and apply policy to determine coverage decisions
n
- Guide customers through the claims process when their home has been seriously damaged or destroyed
n
- Coordinate repairs, inspections and temporary accommodation arrangements
n
- Work closely with assessors, builders and suppliers to keep claims progressing
n
- Maintain clear documentation while prioritising multiple claims at different stages
n

What you'll have

- Experience managing building and contents insurance claims
n
- Confidence managing a portfolio of claims at different stages
n
- Strong understanding of policy interpretation and claims processes
n
- Experience working with assessors, builders or repairers
n
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
n
- Confidence using claims systems and managing competing priorities
n
