D'Arcy Weil is recruiting a Pricing & Product Operations Analyst on behalf of one of Australia's largest energy retailers, supplying electricity and gas to well over a million customers nationally and building a growing renewables and battery storage generation portfolio. Sitting within the pricing and product function, the role owns the accuracy and integrity of pricing, product and offer information across a fast-moving regulatory environment, including:

- Keeping product, pricing, promotional and offer data current across internal systems, and executing routine corrections and compliance updates
n
- Supporting major pricing events, including market and regulatory changes and new product introductions
n
- Investigating and resolving pricing and product discrepancies, and acting on the improvements they surface
n
- Contributing to acceptance testing, defect tracking and validation across system and pricing change programmes
n

The position exists to help the business run more efficiently through structured, improvement-focused process and system work, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and accuracy across pricing, product and customer records.

The Role

n

n
- Keep product, pricing, promotional and customer offer information current and accurate within internal platforms, executing routine corrections, compliance updates and operational changes as required
n
- Contribute to the delivery of pricing and product programmes aligned to business objectives,



playing an active role in significant pricing events including market and regulatory changes and new product introductions
n
- Identify, investigate and resolve pricing and product discrepancies, translating findings into practical improvement actions that reduce recurrence
n
- Work alongside operations and customer-facing teams to streamline workflows, improve system routines and advance automation capability
n
- Contribute to acceptance testing, defect tracking and implementation validation across system and pricing change programmes
n
- Conduct regular data cleansing and quality assurance across pricing, product and customer records to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness
n

About You

n

- Analytical and detail-oriented with a robust commitment to accuracy
n
- A background working with operational systems, pricing data or comparable business processes
n
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and engage effectively with stakeholders
n
- Experience supporting testing or system implementation activities
n
- A genuine interest in improving processes and outcomes through a structured, improvement-focused approach
n
