The Role:

Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple - just what you need, right when you need it.

We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Hobart Airport in a Full-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.

n

Available for morning shifts starting at 5AM-1PM (Monday+Tuesday required but other days are flexible)

n

What You'll Do:

n

- Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example
n
- Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets
n
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
n
- Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift
n

n

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting
n
- Confident communicator and motivator
n
- A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
n
- Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
n




- A respectful and team-oriented attitude
n
- Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
n
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
n
