In this full-time, Monday-to-Friday position, you will be 3rd in charge of a vibrant medium sized residence, balancing hands-on clinical nursing with strategic leadership. This is a rare chance to influence clinical governance and quality outcomes while being supported by a highly experienced management team.

About You:

- Registered Nurse with valid AHPRA registration and a Police Check
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive change
n
- Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC guidelines
n
- Strong computer literacy and a commitment to accurate clinical documentation
n
- Motivated, empathetic, and passionate about achieving superior clinical outcomes
