About the role

n

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused and hands-on Sales & Showroom Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of our Laverton North showroom.

n

You will be the main person responsible for the showroom during the day, handling customer enquiries, sales, quotations, orders and general administration.

n

This is also a sales-focused role, with performance-based bonuses available in addition to the hourly rate.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the showroom
n
- Assist customers in person, by phone and email
n
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up sales enquiries
n
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate customer pickups and deliveries
n
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
n
- Maintain and update products, pricing and basic content on our website
n
- Keep the showroom organised and presentable
n
- Assist with moving, loading and basic furniture assembly when required
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or sales administration
n
- Confident dealing with customers and closing sales
n




- Able to work independently and take ownership of the showroom
n
- Organised, reliable and detail-focused
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office
n
- MYOB, Zoho or similar accounting software experience
n
- Comfortable with light manual handling and basic furniture assembly
n
- Facebook Marketplace, website product maintenance or basic digital marketing experience would be an advantage
n

Experience in office furniture, commercial furniture, warehousing or a similar industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
