Job Description

ResourceCo in Melbourne seeks a energetic Health, Safety and Quality professional to lead soil reuse and recycling operations. The HSQ Manager will shape and maintain a strong safety and quality culture across ResourceCo, developing policies, systems and processes to meet high standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role oversees ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, NHVR accreditation, audits, risk assessments and monthly performance reporting to the Group Board, with a focus on driving
