The Adelaide CBD-based clinic supports patients across Emergency, inpatient and outpatient services and offers a wide range of imaging procedures.

About The Role

n

As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings, and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient. Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role.

Once fully trained, this role will also provide support to other clinics, including SAHMRI, AWI, and Kurralta Park.

About You

- Available to work four days per week and willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and 9pm, Monday to Friday.
n
- Friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about patient care.
n
- Experienced in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
n
- Strong communicator who can multitask, stay organised and handle a busy environment with ease.
n
- Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
n
- A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
n
- Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
n
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
n
- Resilient and composed under pressure, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
