The Harvey Norman Gepps Cross Audio Visual Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Outstanding Service, Always! to their customers.
n
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must:
n · Have a passion for retail
n · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
n · Enjoy working in a team workplace

What we require:
n · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
n · A high level of Audio Visual product knowledge such as TV's, PVR's and Home Theatre Systems to support customer queries
n · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
n · Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
n · Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
