Endeavour Foundation in Mackay is seeking a calm, compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist residents in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. You will help clients build daily living skills, from personal care to budgeting, in a respectful, protected environment.

Join a permanent roster offering days, afternoons and sleepovers with opportunities to pick up extra shifts where available. Open availability is required to be considered for this role.
